French Chic Interiors Shipping / Delivery Policy Explained

All our products can be shipped to the United Kingdom and to Ireland, Jersey, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Luxembourg.  Products can also be shipped to the rest of Europe or Worldwide but please see the conditions below.

French Chic Interiors will either use: The Royal Mail; Parcel Force; or a reputable Courier. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the delivery will be made within 10 days unless there are exceptional circumstances about which you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. For items of furniture, delivery times may be longer, especially if the item is hand made to order, where you can expect a lead time of 10-12 weeks.

Delivery charges for the United Kingdom = FREE

Please note that if you are not in to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the Post Office for collection from there or you can arrange for a second delivery, all of which will be free of charge. Should a collection or second delivery fail to be successful, the product will be returned to our Company and additional postage costs will be incurred, as a result.

 

Delivery charges for France, Italy, Jersey, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Republic of Ireland but the delivery times will be longer than the above-mentioned times for the UK:

  • All Products with a combined weight under 0.5kgs = £4.50;
  • All Products with a combined weight between 0.6kgs - 1kgs = £6.50;
  • All Products with a combined weight between 1.1kgs - 2kgs = £9.50;
  • All Products with a combined weight between 2.1kgs - 3kgs = £15;
  • All Products with a combined weight between 3.1kgs - 4kgs = £20;
  • All Products with a combined weight between 4.1kgs - 5kgs = £30.
